FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is aimed at creation of valves operating under conditions of high temperatures and pressures and used to control aircraft thrust vector. Hot gas valve consists of housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, in which there are coaxial shutters and seat installed in outlet branch, seat is made with cylindrical hole, shutter is made in form of needle and is connected to drive, which output end is connected to the gate by means of a pin installed on the gate, perpendicular to its axis, and a bushing installed on the output end of the drive, besides, in the bushing a hole is made, in which the pin installed on the shutter enters, the bushing is installed as to fit on the external cylindrical surface shutters, gap between adjacent end surfaces of the bushing and the gate is provided with a gap in which the resilient element is installed, and the hole in the bushing is made larger, at least, than the pin diameter by the value of thermal expansion in the axial direction of the parts: seat, shutter and drive, wherein the hole in the sleeve touches the pin from the side located further from the resilient element with the seat completely closed cylindrical opening.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability of valve in conditions of high temperatures with exclusion of gas leaks.
