FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hot gas flow rate controller having a body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, a seat with a flow opening installed in the outlet branch pipe, a gate and a shaft installed in a rolling bearing and kinematically coupled with a gate, the end of the seat faced to the gate is flat and the flat end of the gate is arranged with a uniform clearance with respect to the flat end of the seat, the flat end of seat has a recess of conical shape coaxial to axis of the shaft. In this case, a conical projection is made on the flat surface of the gate and installed with side clearance into a recess in the seat, and the gate is made with a blind hole into which the shaft is introduced, and with respect to the shaft, it is installed with axial clearance and is kinematically connected to the shaft, for example, by means of an involute joint, and a flow port of the seat is made in the form of a ring sector bounded by two cylindrical surfaces which centres are located on shaft axle, and the seat gate and its working surface equidistant to the form of the seat flow port.
EFFECT: improvement of flow controllers operating on combustion products of the rocket propellants and providing control of flying vehicle in pitch, yaw and roll planes.
