MOLDING MACHINE FOR MOLDING PARTS FROM FOAMED PLASTICS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B29C44/38 B29C44/58

Abstract RU 2703232 C2

FIELD: plastics processing; treatment of substances in plastic state.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a molding machine for molding parts from foamed plastics. Technical result is achieved by molding machine for molding parts from foamed plastics, which comprises frame, including stationary frame and movable frame, movably attached to stationary frame. At that, stationary frame limits upper opening for receiving and supporting with possibility of detachment of forming assembly, which contains mold with two half-molds and is equipped with a frame for coupling with a molding machine provided with inlets for supplying plastic material for molding and working fluid medium. At that, the stationary frame is equipped with the first connecting device, which connects with the possibility of disconnection the first half-mold with the stationary frame. Movable frame comprises fastening element provided with second connecting device, releasably connecting second half-mold with fastening element, and actuating mechanism for movement of second half-mold, when it is connected to fastening element, relative to first half-mold in molding direction for production of plastic articles. At that, the molding machine for forming parts from foamed plastics also contains a support floor for receiving the molding assembly into the specified loading position. Lifting platform to receive support floor with forming unit in preset position of lifting, and lifting of forming unit and support floor upwards to and from elevated position facing upper window and located at a distance from it. Transfer device contains a pair of support parts located on opposite parts of the molding unit at the same level as the upper window and made with possibility of connection with the forming unit for movement, with forming unit, between the raised position and the upper window.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of number of operations and time of installation of mold into molding machine.
