FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a reaction mixture of a polyurethane-based resin for winding a fiber. Reaction mixture contains an isocyanate component containing one or more isocyanates, and an isocyanate-reactive component, containing from 70 wt% to 95 wt% of one or more polyols, having number-average molecular weight from 50 g/mol to 8,000 g/mol, from 2 wt% to 15 wt% of one or more propane-based triplets, which include trimethylol propane, from 3 wt% to 15 wt% of one or more tertiary esters of phosphoric acid, which include triethyl phosphate relative to the total weight of the isocyanate-reactive component. Ratio of total mass of one or more propylene-based triads to total weight of one or more tertiary esters of phosphoric acid ranges from 1.1 to 5.0. Described also is a device for winding fiber and a bath with resin, containing a reaction mixture of resin based on polyurethane.
EFFECT: providing a reaction mixture characterized by suitable values for application in the fiber winding method with viscosity values, gelation time, tensile strength and bending strength.
