FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a group of inventions: a polyol composition for the formation of rigid foam materials with closed pores, a formulation for rigid foam material with closed pores, rigid foam material with closed pores and a method for the formation of rigid foam material with closed pores. This composition contains a dispersion of particles of a product of polyaddition of aromatic polyisocyanates in a polyol carrier and polyether polyol, which is from 1 wt.% to 98 wt.% of the polyol composition per the total weight of the polyol composition. Particles of the polyisocyanate polyaddition product have an average particle diameter from 0.1 to 10.0 microns. The dispersion has a solid content from 5 wt.% to 50 wt.% per the total weight of the dispersion. The formulation for rigid foam material contains: a polyol composition, a foaming agent and aromatic polyisocyanate. Rigid foam material with closed pores has an average pore diameter from 90 microns to 165 microns or a density of free foam from 21 kg/m3 to 50 kg/m3. The method for the formation of rigid foam material with closed pores includes curing the formulation to obtain rigid foam material with closed pores.
EFFECT: production of rigid foam material with closed pores, having an average pore diameter of 90-165 microns and a density of free foam from 21 kg/m3 to 50 kg/m3.
