SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in exhaust systems of internal combustion engines. Shutter (200) comprises rotary outer shutter (202), rotary inner shutter (204) and retainer (214). Rotary external shutter (202) is connected to the fluid transfer channel at the first turning point. Pivoting inner shutter (204) is located inside outer flap (202) and is connected to outer flap at second pivot point. Retainer (214) is made on the inner closure first end (254). Shape of internal shutter (204) allows connection with ball ledge (216) on inner surface (212) of external shutter (202). Ball ledge (216) is offset from inner surface (212) of outer shutter (202) by means of spring. Disclosed is the flap operation method and exhaust system for the engine.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing correction of degree of opening of control valves due to the presence of back pressure.
