SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology and relates to the treatment of patients with palmar-plantar pustulosis associated with chronic tonsillitis. To do this, during the period of exacerbation of dermatosis, a combined external anti-inflammatory therapy with 0.005% calcipotriol and 0.05% betamethasone dipropionate is carried out according to an intermittent scheme: once a day on lesions during the first two weeks, every other day during the third and fourth weeks, 2 times in week during the fifth and sixth weeks. After resolution or significant regression of the rash, the patient undergoes tonsillectomy.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the effectiveness of treatment, including the provision of long-term clinical remissions, due to the combination of an intermittent external treatment regimen with radical sanitation of the focus of chronic infection.
