FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a device for spraying dough pieces, comprising a conveyor mounted on racks, a motor-reducer, the output shaft of which is connected to the drive shafts of the conveyor, and a pneumatic spraying system, comprising valves with injectors installed on the bar, control unit is connected with two sensors of tray position with dough pieces installed on the rod, and also connected with motor-reducer with possibility of direct and reverse movement of conveyor and with valves of pneumatic spray system with possibility of their switching on and off.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of equipment with simultaneous improvement of quality of products manufactured on it.
