FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to urology and can be used for non-invasive sanitation of ureteral stents. Ultrasonic sounding is performed from body surface above projection of ureteral stent by amplitude-pulse modulated signal. Carrier frequency is represented by a low-frequency portion of the ultrasonic spectrum of 16–30 kHz. Modulating frequency used is frequency, multiple of frequency of mains supply voltage and formed on its basis.
EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness of non-invasive sanitation of ureteral stents, reduced salt obstruction by using an amplitude-pulse modulated signal.
