At the same time, 7 days before surgery, daily drug therapy is carried out, which consists in taking drugs from the group of alpha-adrenergic blockers tamsulosin or silodosin with a multiplicity of 1 time per day.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of intraoperative trauma to the ureter, reduces the radiographic load on the patient's body, and also excludes stent-associated symptoms due to the use of alpha-adrenergic blockers before lithotripsy.
