SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to blood transfusion. Device for thawing cryopreserved blood components comprises a heat carrier bath, a movable basket for placing containers with blood components, located in the bath, a shaker drive with a reduction motor and levers, a temperature sensor, a heat carrier level sensor, a key element, a heating element connected to the output of the key element, n detachable perforated cassettes for arranging containers in the basket, in which there are guides for fixing the cassettes, supply and intake headers with n + 1 holes for heat carrier flow distribution between cassettes, circulating pump, microprocessor, control unit, personal computer, storage battery, alternator, switch, network voltage sensor and battery charging device. Network voltage sensor is connected to alternating current network and microprocessor, accumulator battery charge input is connected to alternating current network, and output to microprocessor, storage battery and alternator, alternator is connected to first input of switch, second input of which is connected to alternating current network, control input is connected to microprocessor, and the output is connected to the key element input, the control input of which is connected to the microprocessor, to which the temperature sensor and the heat carrier level sensor are connected. Device comprises a motion sensor connected to the output shaft of the reduction motor, a barcode reader and a printer connected to the computer.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable and highly efficient operation of the device in the initial cryopreserved erythrocyte mass to -140 °C at high defrosting speed.
