FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to blood transfusion. Self-contained mobile device for leukofiltration of blood components in upper containers under action of gravity by means of tubular lines through corresponding filters into corresponding lower containers comprises wheel base with handle, first supporting means in the form of a frame with hooks, adapted for lifting or lowering containers with blood components, and a second support means in the form of a tray for receiving containers, a drive for raising or lowering the first supporting means, a storage battery, microcontroller, weight sensors, voltage sensor, current sensor, weight indicator, indicator of discharge of accumulator battery, indicator of termination of leucofiltration process. Drive is made in the form of a reverse reduction motor connected via a resilient coupling with a lead screw, driving the sliding nut and the associated inner cylinder with the first supporting means fixed thereto relative to the outer cylinder, internal cylinder and outer cylinder are made in the form of pipes of rectangular or round section, external cylinder and the second supporting facility are fixed on wheel base, lead screw is fixed in bearings fixed on outer and inner cylinders respectively, on wheel base handle is a switch for lifting and lowering modes of first supporting means, upper and lower limit switches, respectively located in upper and lower parts of external cylinder. At that, microcontroller, weight sensors, voltage sensor, current sensor, weight indicator, indicator of discharge of accumulator battery, indicator of termination of leucofiltration process are connected to microcontroller, voltage sensor is connected to poles of accumulator battery, current sensor is connected between first pole of storage battery and switch of modes of lifting and lowering, upper and lower limit switches are connected to microcontroller, and second support means is mounted on weight sensors mounted on wheelbase, comprises first and second temperature sensors located respectively in upper and lower container regions, and a first wireless data transmission driver associated with microcontroller, a second wireless data transmission driver, a barcode reader and a printer connected to the computer, and the first and second wireless data drivers are connected to each other via a wireless communication channel in the radio frequency band.
EFFECT: invention provides remote monitoring and logging of parameters of the blood components leuco filtration process, which improves quality and safety of use in the therapeutic process.
