FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to devices for leucofiltration. Device for leukofiltration of blood components comprises a wheel base with a handle, a first supporting device in the form of a frame with hooks, adapted for lifting or lowering containers with blood components, and second support in form of tray for receiving containers, drive for lifting or lowering first support means, storage battery, microcontroller, weight sensors, voltage sensor, current sensor, weight indicator, indicator of discharge of accumulator battery, indicator of termination of leucofiltration process connected with microcontroller. Drive is made as reversible reduction motor connected with lead screw, driving sliding nut and internal cylinder connected to it with first supporting device fixed thereon relative to outer cylinder, outer cylinder and second support are fixed on wheelbase, lead screw is fixed in bearings, fixed on outer and inner cylinders respectively. On the wheel base handle is a switch for lifting and lowering modes of the first supporting means, upper and lower limit switches are located respectively in upper and lower parts of external cylinder, voltage sensor is connected to poles of accumulator battery, current sensor is connected between first pole of storage battery and switch of modes of lifting and lowering, upper and lower limit switches are connected to microcontroller, and second supporting device is fixed on weight sensors installed on wheel base. Device also has a heat-insulated chamber with a door, a thermo-battery unit connected to the microcontroller, as well as the first and the second temperature sensors connected to the microcontroller and located respectively in the zones of the supporting devices.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency and quality of harvested blood components by observing temperature conditions of the leucofiltration process.
