SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an elastic venous compression orthesis comprising an upper part and a foot portion, wherein upper portion (18) and foot portion (13) comprise a knitting filament of the upper portion and a knitting filament of the foot portion, respectively, forming a net of knitted loops, as well as a weft thread upper part and weft thread of foot part, respectively, wherein each weft thread comprises a core coated with a coating thread, characterized in that the core of the weft thread of the upper part and one or more covering threads of the weft thread of the upper part are made of elastane and linear density of core of weft thread of upper part is less than 0.7 of linear density of core of weft thread of foot part.
EFFECT: elastic venous compression orthesis is disclosed.
