FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula I, enantiomers thereof or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, having the action of a modulator of N-formylpeptide receptor 2 (FPR2). In formula IR1 is halogen, fluorinated C1-8 alkyl or perfluorinated C1-8 alkyl; R2 is H; R3 is H; R4 is H; R5 is H; R6 is H, C1-8 alkyl or -CH2C6-10aryl; R6a is H; R7 is H or C1-8 alkyl; R8 is H; R9 is H; R10 is -(CH2)nOR16, -(CH2)nS (O)2OH, -(CH2)nC(O)R17, -(CH2)nOS (O)2OH, -(CH2)nNR18R19, -(CH2)nP(O)(OC1-6 alkyl)2 or heterocycle, where the heterocycle is aromatic monocyclic 5-6-member ring containing at least one heteroatom selected from nitrogen; R16 is H or -C(O)(C1-8 alkyl); R17 is OH or -OC1-8 alkyl; R18 is selected from a group consisting of H, -C(O)R17 and -S(O)2N(C1-8 alkyl)2; R19 represents H and n equals 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.
EFFECT: invention also relates to intermediate compounds used to produce compounds of formula I, a pharmaceutical composition containing compounds of formula I, and use of said compounds for treating a condition facilitated by modulating FPR2.
