FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of metals from corrosion, in particular to a composition capable of evaporation or sublimation of corrosion-inhibiting substances, which includes at least: (1) substituted 1,4-benzoquinone, (2) aromatic or alicyclic substituted carbamate, (3) multiply substituted phenol and (4) monosubstituted pyrimidine, with the following ratio: from 1 to 30 wt% component (1), from 5 to 40 wt% component (2), from 2 to 20 wt% component (3) and from 0.5 to 10 wt% component (4). These components can be mixed or dispersed in water or pre-mixed in a mixing agent mixed with mineral oil or synthetic oil, preferably arylalkyl ether of alcohol.
EFFECT: components can be used as vapor corrosion inhibitors when packaged or stored in confined spaces for effective protection of commonly used metals from atmospheric corrosion for a long period of time.
