FIELD: motor vehicle industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a disc brake for a vehicle, in particular for a truck. Disc brake comprises a guiding device that increases the guide length of the caliper by applying a spring-loaded tensile force to the clamped brake pad, tightly installed in holder, and compressive force to rear brake pad. Besides, the invention relates to the corresponding set of brake pads.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of an improved set of brake pads for disc brake, which will allow increasing service life of brakes and their elements at simultaneous reduction of their cost.
