SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automotive industry. Disc brake mechanism comprises brake caliper, comprising two brake shoes, of which brake shoe on side of action or from setting side by means of gripping device through brake puncheon can be pressed to brake disc, as well as a return device, by means of which the brake caliper can be retracted after braking movement and releasing the brake. Return device comprises acting on opposite brake shoes, expansion device acting in the central opening, which acts equally against the corresponding setting direction, with acting on the corresponding bearing plate of the shoe with spring-expanding elements. Expanding elements directly or indirectly act outside the friction linings on two spaced from each other from the middle of the adjoining area of brake shoes. Adjacent zones have each abutment surface and support surface, on which expanding elements are movably arranged.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the service life.
