FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of barberry in a kappa-carrageenan shell. Method is characterized by that dry extract of barberry is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in cyclohexane in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring 1,000 rpm/min, then 6 ml of fluorobenzene is added, the obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the weight ratio of core: shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method ensures the nanocapsules producing process simplification and acceleration, reduction in losses during the nanocapsules production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
