SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, pharmaceutics and food industry and can be used for producing nanocapsules of juniper extract. Method of producing nanocapsules of dry juniper extract comprises adding dry juniper extract to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in methanol in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring at 600 rpm, then adding tetrachloromethane, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature. Weight ratio of core : shell in produced nanocapsules makes 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase the output by mass.
