FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry, in particular to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing nanocapsules of dry wormwood extract in a kappa-carrageenan shell. Method is characterized by that dry extract of wormwood is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in cyclohexane in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring 700 rpm, then hexafluorobenzene is added, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein weight ratio of core : shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of producing nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
