FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making hollow disks from heat-resistant alloys and can be used in production of high-temperature turbine rotors of gas-turbine engines. Two axially symmetric halves of the disc comprising a hub with a slot, two walls and a rim with contact surfaces facing each other, forming a cavity, are connected to each other through contact surfaces by a welded seam located in the disk symmetry plane. Contact surfaces are made in the form of a lock joint located on the inner side of the rim, which includes an annular groove, and corresponding annular projection is placed in it with interference. Slot and the ledge are made on the side of the external cylindrical surface of the lock joint, shifted relative to the plane of symmetry of the disk and appropriate surfaces of the slot and protrusion are located in the plane parallel to the plane of symmetry of the disk with formation of a gapless butt joint. Welding is carried out on the side of the disc cavity, wherein the seam depth is determined in accordance with a given ratio.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of welded joint quality.
