FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling of strips. Proposed plant comprises working rolls, oil circulation system to spray coolant with low oil concentration on working roll inlet side and Spraying of coolant with high concentration of oil on the side higher in process flow relative to spraying of cooler with low oil concentration for rolling. Decrease of sticking factor, including at reduction of rolling speed, is provided due to that system is equipped with device for controlling flow rate of cooler with low oil concentration in accordance with rolling speed so, that liquid bath of cooler with low concentration of oil accumulated on surface of steel sheet on side of working roll inlet, does not reach spraying section of cooler with high concentration of oil.
EFFECT: disclosed installation and method of cold rolling of metal strip.
