Cold-rolling mill of tandem type with circulation oil supply system for continuous steel plate rolling has means for supply of lubricant-cooling liquid serving as rolling oil and cooling water to each stand, on the upstream side there is a heater of edges for heating both edges of the steel sheet to temperature of not lower than 60 °C as the temperature of the steel sheet on the inlet side of the roll solution, and between heater edges and first cage there is a device for supply of lubricant-coolant jet, having concentration above concentration of lubricant-cooling liquid supplied to first cage, on surface of both edge sections of steel sheet.

EFFECT: invention enables rolling of hard-to-deform material, such as a sheet of silicon steel or a sheet from stainless steel, without formation of edge cracks on the edge of the steel sheet or sheet breakage even during rolling at low speed.
