FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete coatings manufactured on-site. Road surface is made of three serially laid cement-concrete layers, along the border of upper and middle layers across the road symmetrically and uniformly installed metal pipes with heating cable stretched in them, upper layer is made with minimum possible thickness, middle layer contains hollow aluminosilicate microspheres, heating cable is connected to electric mains by means of screw-and-screw fixation in through holes of perforated metal bar of square cross-section along the chute and fixed in its lower point on DIN-insulators, rubber gasket is installed above road chute side wall along its entire length, which contains horizontal through holes, through which pass metal tubes with heating cable stretched in them, inner part of chute is coated with heat-insulating material, metal tubes are combined into grounding circuit by fixing in through holes of perforated metal bus, and on the side walls of the chute along the entire length there are plates made of electrically insulating plastic, repeating the shape of the internal profile of the chute so that between the heat-insulating material and the plates there formed is a gap for drawing and connection of the heating cable with metal busbars. Road surface is made in the form of parallel strips, width of which is equal to distance between design longitudinal seams of temperature expansion. Upper cement concrete layer is made with minimum possible thickness. Sheet heat-insulating material covering bottom of gutter has flammability group G1 or NG. Above the gutter, an anchor bolt is secured. Metal tubes in road pavement bands are connected to each other by docking inside metal couplings of round cross-section, inner diameter of which is equal to outer diameter of tubes. Metal tubes, buses and couplings are made of copper or aluminum.
EFFECT: disclosed is a locally produced concrete coating.
