FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hard coatings of roads and aerodromes assembled from prefabricated pre-stressed reinforced elements. Reinforced concrete plate with stretched and non-tensioning reinforcement frame comprises face and bearing layers, between which a heat-reflecting layer is located. Along the boundary of the face and heat-reflecting layers there are symmetric through channels of circular cross-section for the flexible heating elements passing through them. Face layer is made with thickness of 10–20 mm from cement concrete of class at compression not lower than B30. Heat-reflecting layer is 30–50 mm thick and is made of cement concrete of the class at compression not lower than B30. Heat-reflecting layer is made with heat conductivity coefficient of not more than 0.25 W/m*K. Heat-reflecting layer contains hollow aluminosilicate microspheres. Bearing layer is 80–160 mm thick and is made of cement concrete of the class at compression not lower than B30. Upper limit of the stress-resistant reinforcement frame is located at the distance of at least 10 mm from the through channels. Upper boundary of the through channels is located at the distance of at least 7 mm from the front surface of the plate.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase the portion of heat from the heating element consumed for snow thawing compared to the existing method of heating hard coatings from prefabricated elements.
