FIELD: medicine; urogynecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence in women of reproductive age. For this purpose, remote training of the pelvic floor muscles (TPFM) is performed using the “Tulip” vaginal simulator under the supervision of a trainer for 3 months. The trainer teaches the TPFM technique once a week via video conference and monitors the performance of exercises without straining the abdominal muscles, the dynamics of changes in the amplitude of the laser beam of the simulator reflected on the wall; from weeks 1 to 7 of training, exercises are performed with a simulator without a load. From 8 to 12 weeks, the exercises are complicated by adding weights to the simulator weekly, weighing from 50 to 250 grams, alternating a day with a load and a day without a load. After joint distance training, patients perform daily independent exercises for 30 minutes a day; by the movement and change in the amplitude of movement of the laser beam of the simulator, reflected on the wall during contractions and relaxations of the pelvic floor muscles, the effectiveness of the training in the treatment of mild and moderate SUI is judged. After 3 months, TPFM with the amplitude of the laser beam of the simulator equal to 108±18 cm, measured at a distance of 2 meters from the wall, the treatment result is considered effective in predicting the absence of SUI.
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of conservative therapy for SUI in women, makes it possible to carry out therapy and evaluate its effectiveness and control its implementation using a quantitative indicator remotely, and can be used in the outpatient practice of obstetricians-gynecologists and urologists, in specialized obstetrics-gynecology and urology clinics.
