FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, urology and physiotherapy, and can be used in non-surgical treatment of stress and mixed urinary incontinence in females. For this purpose, an intravaginal vaginal region adjacent to the urethra and urinary bladder is exposed to a superficial muscular-fascial layer (SMAS) with high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) with energy of 1.3–1.5 W/cm2, with an angle of beam rotation along circumference 10°–5°, duration of 25–30 minutes. Therapeutic course is 3 procedures every 1 month. In 3 days after the first procedure, exercises for pelvic floor muscles are performed with the help of Kegel exercises for 10 minutes in the morning and in evening for 21 days.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of the given pathology by forming new collagen fibers that create a structural framework in the fascial plate of vagina and adjacent fascia and pelvic muscles due to a certain mode of HIFU exposure combined with Kegel exercises.
