FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication, in particular to a high-speed system for calibrating an entirely digital receiver, and enables a receiver to obtain information on the operating state of the transmitter and to ensure that the receiver achieves optimum characteristics. System comprises a transmitter and a receiver. Transmitter comprises a demultiplexer, a baseband signal processor, a conversion device and a multiplexer. Calibration method includes the following steps: starting the transmitter, wherein the baseband signals are encoded in an alternating manner during the initialization state of the transmitter; inserting the transmitter into a normal operating state and normal encoding of the baseband signals during the normal operating state of the transmitter; wherein the receiver performs digital signal processing on the received signals to obtain baseband demodulated signals and continuously checks whether baseband signals are coded in a conventional manner or with alternation; after performing accurate calibration of the analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) of the receiver, the receiver enters the normal operating state.

EFFECT: invention discloses a high-speed calibration system and a method for calibrating an all-digital receiver based on alternating coding.
