FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to compositions for oral care. Composition in the form of a dentifrice comprises a carrier medium acceptable for oral administration; calcium pyrophosphate, which is equal to 20 wt. % by weight of composition; a bivalent tin ion source; zinc ion source containing zinc oxide in amount of 1.0 % of composition weight; a source of fluoride ions; acid, where acid is phosphoric acid taken in amount of 0.5 % of composition weight, and a polyphosphate salt selected from a group consisting of inorganic polyphosphate salts which contain three or less phosphorus atoms, where the polyphosphate salt is present in amount of 1 % to 10 % of the weight of the composition; wherein the composition in form of a dentifrice is characterized by total water content of less than 1 wt. % in terms of composition weight, wherein fluoride ion source and tin ion source includes tin fluoride and is present in amount of 0.45 % of composition weight, and wherein composition has pH value from 4 to 7.
EFFECT: invention provides improved availability of tin, zinc and fluoride in the composition.
