SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser engineering. Solid-state active element consists of at least three layers, wherein the layer containing activator ions is formed as a bend in radial direction with respect to the optical axis of said element. Thickness of layer containing ions of activator is within 0.1–10 mm, and radius of bend of layer containing ions of activator is not more than 500 mm, but not less than average radius of pumping spot, at that surfaces of input-output of radiation are plane-parallel.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing laser radiation power.
