DEVICE FOR PRESSURE TESTING TUBING TEST X-MAS TREE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has body and packer and is provided with pallet, bushing with guiding dowel which is placed and fixed in the body, pipe with pressurization assembly. Body is made with flange for mounting on flange of buffer latch, and with nut having square shelf for its rotation by steering wheel. Inside the body with a nut a screw with a rod is placed with possible axial movement during rotation, having dowel groove enveloping guiding dowel of bushing. Packer has screw with rectangular shelf and is connected to screw with rod. Inside the screw with rod a bar with rectangular sample is mounted, which sample envelops rectangular shelf of packer screw for transferring torque during bar rotation. Pipe with pressurization assembly is placed on the side of flange of body and serves for directing and pressurizing screw with rod. In the body through drillings are made with threaded apertures for filling above-packer hollow of tubing test X-mas tree with pressure testing liquid and for transfer of pressure-testing pressure to it. Pallet envelops the body and is placed below said apertures of body for receiving pressure testing liquid and transferring it through said apertures into channels of tubing test X-mas tree latches. Body nut, packer screw and bar are provided with stopping ball-bearings. Device is provided with packer location sensor and nut, fixed on the end of screw with rod, while packer location sensor is made for possible mounting on the end if said nut.

EFFECT: use of device provides for performing pressure testing of tubing test X-mas tree of operation wells of gas and oil deposits without their stopping.
