SUBSTANCE: transformable rocket air-jet detonation combustion engine is characterized by that it includes a transformable device for forming a gas-generator fuel-oxidant mixture, comprising an axisymmetric controlled air intake-mixer-gas generator, and a system for feeding at least one type of oxidiser, and also comprising an air compressor driven by a heat engine with an air receiver and a system for feeding compressed atmospheric air into an axisymmetric controlled air intake – a mixer – a gas generator, and also includes a pendulum-slide device for reactive detonation combustion. Central body of the axisymmetric controlled air intake has an invariable shape and is movable along the axis to change operating modes from complete closure of atmospheric air access at the inlet to partial or complete opening of atmospheric air inlet at the inlet. Pendulum-sliding device for reactive detonation combustion includes an antechamber of a pre-compressed gas-generator fuel-oxidant mixture and a detonation combustion system.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of efficient operation in a wide range of transformed operating modes.
