SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to subsonic aircraft structures. Multifunctional aircraft of subsonic speed range combines properties of multi-copter, air cushion vehicle, hovercraft, convertible and aircraft using subsonic aircraft hybrid power plant. Power plant includes a control system, an electric accumulator, two rotary electric motors, a pendulum-slide device for reactive detonation combustion, which includes a compressed air supply system, subsonic air intake and air compressor driven by heat and/or electric motor, as well as a system of gate valves. At the output shafts of electric motors propellers are installed. Outlet nozzle comprises MHD generator, which is source of electric energy for supply of rotary electric motors and pendulum ceramic gate located inside detonation combustion system.

EFFECT: creation of aircraft power plant for various types of aircraft.
