FIELD: cryogenics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment and is intended for testing of power devices on liquid phase of cryogenic product heated up to saturation line. Method of preparing a cryogenic product for testing a power device at different temperatures of a cryogenic product liquid phase involves filling a cryogenic product into a cryogenic storage container from the cryogenic storage capacity and changing the temperature of the liquid phase of the cryogenic product. Inner vessel before filling has temperature above saturation line of cryogenic product. Filling is performed in successive portions of liquid phase of cryogenic product 0.1…0.25 of weight, which contains cryogenic storage container, with intermediate exposures 5…15 minutes between consecutive portions of liquid phase of cryogenic product. Pressure in the cryogenic tank is maintained in compliance with the temperature of the liquid phase of the cryogenic product required for testing the power device at the saturation line.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and obtaining homogeneous temperature throughout the volume of liquid phase of cryogenic product.
