FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact, that the gear rotation sensor is installed in the wheel pair reducer casing so that the axis of its inductance coils is located perpendicular to the gear wheel gear tooth line, for gear tooth passing in zone of sensitivity of gear rotation sensor and alternating change of electric parameters of inductance coils, which is converted by means of first and second channels of meter into rectangular pulses, repetition frequency of which is proportional to wheel pair rotation frequency. At that, on the first and the second channels, two sequences of pulses are formed, shifted relative to each other in phase, wherein, using a carrier frequency generator, generating rectangular pulses transmitted through the transformer to the input of voltage dividers, to change the carrier frequency level on the resistors by changing the inductance value of the inductance coils, data amplitude-modulated signals coming through transformers of the first and second channels to inputs of synchronous detectors of the first and second channels, respectively, then at outputs of synchronous detectors, signals of modulating frequency corresponding to gear teeth transmission frequency are selected, and residues of carrier frequency signals, these signals are supplied to inputs of AC amplifiers through low-pass filters, by means of which carrier frequency residues are suppressed, then signals of modulating frequency of both inductance coils are transmitted for amplification to alternating current amplifiers, then they are transmitted to inputs of comparators, where, pre-selecting threshold of comparators, adjust sensitivity of first and second channels, then output signals of comparators of the first and second channels in form of rectangular pulses of positive polarity shifted relative to each other in phase, are transmitted to the controller input.
EFFECT: disclosed composite transport parameters meter.
