SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication and is intended for identification of a mobile device. Present method, which is carried out on a transaction server, involves accessing stored location data which relate to a mobile device periodically received and stored with the mobile device identifier. Archival data stored locally on the mobile device is received from the mobile device when requesting a secure transaction. Archival position data received from mobile device is compared with subset of stored location data to receive or verify identifier of mobile device requesting safe transaction. Mobile device requesting a secure transaction is associated with an identifier to identify or verify the identification number of the mobile device requesting a secure transaction.
EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy of identifying a mobile device when requesting a secure transaction.
