SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bifunctional compounds which contain on one end a ligand binding to ubiquitin ligase E3, and at the other end a fragment which binds to the target protein, so that the target protein is found near ubiquitin ligase, which degrades (and inhibits) said protein.
EFFECT: compounds are intended for preparing a composition for degradation of BET bromodomain-containing protein or ERRα in a cell.
