Implant for attachment to a bone with a support structure, created on the basis of data of a specific patient, contains at least one fastening section. Fastening portion covers the external structure of bone tissue and is intended for attachment to bone. Bases for receiving the prosthesis directly or with the help of an intermediate part protrude from the support structure. Bases are integral solid components of support structure. Implant has bone fixing sections surrounding the bone, and they are made in a geometrical configuration and geometrically aligned so that a bone is created on the bone to fix the shape, and such that the location creates a stable support position of the implant on the bone. Method for making the implant comprises a step of capturing patient-specific data by MRI and/or CT, creating a support structure and/or base based on the particular patient's data by means of CAD data.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of unambiguous placement of the implant without any considerable efforts and do without any separate positioning devices, as well as facilitating positioning and reducing the risk of improper positioning of the implant.
