FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a lubricating system of a gyratory crusher, a method for lubrication thereof, a gyratory crusher comprising such a lubrication system, and an apparatus for processing mineral material with said crusher. Lubrication system comprises thrust bearing, lubrication and control piston to displace in cylinder. At that, the piston contains the first space, made with possibility to receive fluid and continuous passage of liquid to the thrust bearing, and between cylinder and piston there is a second space configured to receive and retain fluid. System is configured to respond to detection of movement of piston in downward direction of passing fluid into first space, and in response to pressure increase in second space - passing fluid from second space into first space. Method comprises feeding fluid into first space and continuously passing fluid from first space to thrust bearing, wherein in response to detecting movement of the piston in the downward direction, fluid is forced into the first space. Method also includes feeding and holding fluid in second space between cylinder and piston, wherein in response to the pressure increase in the second space, fluid is passed from the second space into the first space. Gyratory crusher is characterized by that it comprises the above lubrication system and the mineral material processing plant by the said crusher.

EFFECT: lubrication system reduces friction in the thrust bearing, increases reliability of the plant as a whole.
