SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inspection of through blocks for cables, pipes or wires. Such a result is achieved by a through-block inspection system for cables, pipes or wires, comprising: a portable verification device comprising a controller and an RFID interface, the transmission unit comprising a RFID chip with a first memory area in which the pass block identifier is stored, and a second memory region, a controller configured to read the pass block identifier through the RFID interface, recording detailed data on the state of the functional integrity of the elements of the pass block, obtaining a state indicator representing an estimate of the overall state of the functional integrity of the passage unit, based on the recorded detailed data on the state of functional integrity, transmitting the obtained status indicator through the RFID interface to the pass block for storing in the second RFID chip memory area and providing recorded detailed data on the functional integrity state or the received status indicator to the service server together with the readable pass block identifier.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling inspection of through blocks for cables, pipes or wires.
