Complex comprises a face recognition and temperature measurement terminal connected to the controller, a card reader, a breathalyzer, an additional video camera, wherein the breathalyzer, the card reader and the face recognition terminal are connected to a blocking device made in the form of a control board connected to the controller, on the communication line of the control board with the face recognition terminal and the card reader there is a switch, blocking device is made with possibility of blocking by means of switch of operation of face recognition terminal with card reader and with possibility of blocking of breathalyzer during its complete reset.

EFFECT: high reliability of monitoring a person’s condition.
