FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of tubing strings with heat insulating coating (HIC). Tubing with a heat-insulating coating (HIC) contains a pipe, wherein its outer surface is wrapped with a first heat-reflecting material – stainless steel foil with a first layer, and then with a second layer a heat-insulating coating closed from above by a protective casing is placed, on inner surface of which second heat-reflecting material is applied, heat-resistant silver enamel, two thermally insulated gripping zones intended for gripping the pipe with a hydraulic wrench or spider during the installation and dismantling of the tubing, at that, each heat-insulated gripping zone is equipped with outward-facing stiffeners fixed on the pipe surface by diffusion welding, and formed cavities between longitudinal stiffness ribs are filled with heat-insulating material, tubing itself is made of corundum ceramics (Al2O3), wherein the tubing has more than one channel for delivering the heat carrier to the bottom hole with formation of a multichannel tubing in which the channels coincide or differ in at least one of the following parameters: diameter, mutual arrangement relative to axis of tubing string, cross-section shape.
EFFECT: creation of tubing with HIC, combining simplicity of design, ease of manufacture, relatively low cost of production, sufficient heat-insulating characteristics, reliability and long service life in presence of aggressive medium (ultra-supercritical water or supercritical water), as well as high temperatures (up to 700 °C) and pressure (up to 80 MPa).
