FIELD: geophysics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used to monitor density of upper atmosphere and risk of strong crust earthquakes. In order to diagnose seismic and orbital effects and variations of density of the upper atmosphere, it is proposed to use onboard navigation equipment of at least one spacecraft (SC) corresponding to the general trend of minimization of mass and dimensions. Onboard SC navigation systems are used to calculate orbit sections with abnormal changes in speed and acceleration of SC motion and atmospheric density variations, seismic hazard of separate regions.

EFFECT: high reliability and efficiency of monitoring seismic-orbital effects and variations of density of the upper atmosphere.
