FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for diagnosing and correcting a locomotor dysfunction comprises a frame, a mirror, a backlight, a digital photo-video camera, a monitor, a computer, software and two support movable modules with a control drive system. Each of the modules is equipped with strain gauges for fixation of patient's body center of gravity, planes of supports made of optically transparent material. Under planes of supports with angle of inclination there is a mirror, which provides the possibility, when changing the position of support plane, to see changes of foot surface footprints and allowing for fixation and dynamic control by means of digital photo-video camera and computer. Method for diagnosing and correcting a locomotor dysfunction involves a diagnostic stage and a corrective stage. Diagnostic stage consists in determining the shape of the feet in a direct parallel setting on the horizontal plane, determining the position of the common center of gravity of the body, assessing the position of the pelvic bones by the X-ray image and assessing the position of the patient's body by external reference points. Correction stage consists in determination of influence of changes of position of planes of supports of device on position of common center of gravity of body, on position of pelvic bones on X-ray picture and change of patient's body position on external reference points and preparation of treatment scheme on the basis of obtained data, which allows to preserve result of correction. When diagnosing with the device for diagnosing and correcting the locomotor dysfunction, the patient, in underwear, with bare feet are put on the support modules located in one horizontal plane, are installed in a straight-parallel position, heels at one level, feet on the width of the hips, front-rear axes of feet and center of calcaneal region – second beam are strictly parallel, fixed by side thrust frames, and using strain gauges of device, digital photo-video camera, computer and software performing simultaneous screening of postural and functional parameters of patient's body, including analysis of body position along skin osseous landmarks, analysis of static installation of patient's feet in straight-parallel position, taking into account valgus and varus deviation of support axis, as well as arrangement and deformation of feet arches under load of patient's own body weight, height of medial ankle ridge position of right and left tibial bones, analysis of position of axes of support of lower extremities and hip-shin-foot, analysis of horizontal, from left to right, body axes, analysis of position common center of gravity of body when resting on horizontal plane. After analysis and fixation of diagnostic results indicators performed on support modules located in one horizontal plane, correction is performed by changing the position of the support plane under each, or under one of the patient's feet, by moving the mobile modules along the vertical and/or around the sagittal axis to the required values using the control drive system, and performing the postural and functional patient's body parameters screening, after which is ensured by a treatment regimen.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain in one study data on anatomical and functional state of all segments of the locomotor system of the patient, their mutual effect, diagnosis of the state of the locomotor function or dysfunction and to select a correction or treatment regimen.
