FIELD: medicine; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to functional diagnostics and can be used for quantitative assessment of musculoskeletal state. Visual analysis of the bone segments of the musculoskeletal system is performed successively in the sagittal and frontal planes. Patient is placed on the background of a special installation so that the median transverse line of the drawn visual installation passes through the center of the pelvis, and the patient is evenly supported on both extremities. Further, photographs are taken in 10 standing positions and after the movement. That is followed by program analysis of the image in order to detect disturbances in parallelism of horizontal and vertical lines from anatomical bone landmarks, and relative position of body segments is determined. Comparison is carried out through the developed scoring system, thereby revealing the final value of the quantitative assessment of posturological disorders of the whole organism. In case of severity of disorders: from 0 to 2 points—minor disorders, from 2.1 to 4 points—moderate disorders; from 4.1 to 6 points—pronounced disorders; from 6.1 points and more—significantly manifested disorders.
EFFECT: method provides higher reliability of the results of the study of the general functional state of the human musculoskeletal system, with quantitative assessment of static and functional posturological disorders.
