FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of producing an enzyme preparation by culturing in bioreactors of each of recombinant producers P. pastoris K for xylanase from bacteria Nocardiopsis halotolerans VKM Ac-2519, P. pastoris B for beta-glucanase from bacterium Cellulomonas flavigena VKM As-1137, P. pastoris C for cellulase from bacteria Streptomyces bottropensis VKM As-1755, concentration of culture fluid of producers, obtained concentrate is dried and dried preparations of xylanase, beta-glucanase and cellulase are mixed in ratio 1:1:1.
EFFECT: obtained preparation has xylanase activity of not less than 10,000 units/g; cellulase of not less than 5,000 units/g; beta-glucanase not less than 8,000 units/g; maximal activity is manifested in pH range 5–8.
