FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended for preparation of emulsions, mixes, mixing of various liquids, and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Mixing device comprises a cylindrical housing with an upper cover, a mixer formed by a rod with a drive and a mechanism for moving the rod in a vertical plane, comprising a crank mounted on the drive shaft, and a connecting rod fixed by a top end on the crank, and a lower end on a rod mounted on the upper cover. Blades are rigidly fixed on links of the driven part of the hinged multi-link chain type "Nuremberg scissors". Leading part of the hinge is connected by its inner hinge with the rod. Upper cover is made in the form of a drive mechanism platform for rotation relative to the cylindrical housing vertical axis, including a drive cylindrical gear, fixed by means of bearing in hole on cover, made with offset from central vertical axis of cylindrical housing, interacting with teeth with inner teeth of rim, made in upper part of housing coaxially to vertical axis in horizontal plane. Drive gear is made hollow coaxially as a whole with the driven bevel gear interacting with the drive conical gear installed on the shaft between the drive and the crank of the rod movement mechanism. In the gears cavity there is a cup on bearings with an axial hole for movement of the drive rod. In lower part of shell there are lugs for hinged fastening of last links of articulated link. Upper cover is made with possibility of interaction with upper surface of housing by means of sealing and movement along upper surface of housing by means of bearing. Cylindrical part of the housing in the lower part is tapering towards the bottom in the form of a truncated cone. Longitudinal vertical axis of cylindrical housing does not coincide with longitudinal vertical axis of hinge splitter drive. Blades on the links are made in mutually perpendicular planes. Blades for horizontal mixing are made triangular with projecting angle to the outside from the link. Blades for vertical mixing are rectangular with larger side adjoining the link.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of technological capabilities due to mixing of mixture in horizontal and vertical planes simultaneously using one drive.
