FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended for preparation of emulsions, mixes, mixing of various liquids and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Mixing device comprises cylindrical housing with top cover made in the form of drive mechanism platform for rotation relative to cylindrical housing vertical axis, including drive cylindrical gear fixed by means of bearing in hole on cover made with offset from central vertical axis of cylindrical housing, interacting with teeth with inner teeth of rim made in upper part of housing coaxially to vertical axis in horizontal plane. Drive gear is made hollow coaxially with the driven bevel gear interacting with the drive conical gear installed on the shaft between the drive and the crank fixed on the drive shaft. Con-rod is fixed by upper end on crank, and lower end is on rod of mechanism of latter movement in vertical plane. In the gears cavity there is a barrel with an axial hole for movement of the mixer drive rod. In the lower part of the cup there are eyelets for hinged fastening of the last links of the hinged multi-link device of "Nuremberg scissors" type. Blades rigidly fixed on links of the articulated part of the hinged multi-link in mutually perpendicular planes. Leading part of the multi-link is connected by its inner hinge with the rod. Upper cover is made with possibility of interaction with upper surface of housing by means of sealing and movement along upper surface of housing by means of bearing. Rod between the outer upper surface of the barrel and the lower end of attachment of the connecting rod to the stock is made split with a gap between the ends along the vertical, with connection of ends of the stock by means of a bearing assembly including a housing. Lower part of the housing is rigidly fixed on the lower part of the rod, for example, by means of a wedge joint. Upper part of the housing is installed with a gap in relation to generatrix of outer cylindrical surface of upper part of rod, which includes at lower end shoulders with bearing installed on shoulders, upper seat of which is installed in upper part of housing. Upper and lower parts of bearing assembly housing are connected to each other. Lower part of the stock performing vertical back-and-forth translations in the barrel and the through hole in the latter interacting with the above part of the rod, in section are made in form different from round, for example, square. Bearing in the gears cavity is rigidly installed as to interference fit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of operational capabilities due to mixing of mixture during rotation of hinge multi-section around its vertical axis with simultaneous movement of circumference of crown with reciprocal movement along vertical.
