SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of polymer compositions based on epoxy resins, amine curing agents, fillers and other components for use as adhesive-active coatings of highly filled polymer compositions (energy-condensed systems), as well as potting compounds in electronics, electrical engineering, radio engineering, construction and other industries. Described is a siloxane-containing epoxy composition for use as an adhesive-active coating of highly filled polymer compositions (energy-condensed systems) based on epoxy-urethane resin, obtained by stirring and heating an epoxide component containing epoxy resin based on 4,4'-dioxydiphenylpropane with molecular weight from 340 to 600 (A), technical diglycidyl ether of polyepichlorohydrin (B) and technical Laproksid, which is an oligomer of oxypropylene with terminal epoxy groups with molecular weight from 250 to 900 (C) in weight ratio (A:B:C) of 5:70:25 to 90:5:5 at weight ratio of epoxy component (A+B+C) with polyisocyanate from 85:15 to 98:2, hardener used is a stabilized liquid mixture of aromatic amines, filler – mineral filler and ammonium polyphosphate, curing accelerator – benzoic or salicylic acid and additionally contains an amine-containing organosilicon modifier which is an oligomer obtained by reacting oligomethylphenylsiloxane with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with amino groups from 2.2 to 3.2 wt% in the presence of a catalyst, allowing to increase deformation characteristics of material in temperature range from -50 to 60 °C, higher gas permeability of coating at following content of components, weight parts: epoxy-urethane resin 80–120, hardener 15–65, amino-containing organosilicon modifier 10–30, mineral filler 10–100, ammonium polyphosphate 10–100, curing accelerator 1–5.

EFFECT: high rheological characteristics and gas permeability at low glass transition temperature of the siloxane-containing epoxy composition.
